Globaltranz is a logistics and international freight forwarding company based in Phoenix, Arizona, which specializes in carrier, supply chain and warehouse management. Founded in 2003, GlobalTranz quickly became a first class provider of Supply Chain Management. Local to national accounts engage our free state-of-the-art technology, Carrierrate.com, which optimizes the flow and storage of merchandise as the goods move within and throughout the customers' supply chain. In 2006, GlobalTranz obtained a DHL Partner contract which allows us to market all DHL services at highly discounted rates to our customers.

We have grown to over 50 million per year in annual revenue in our first 4 years by providing outstanding technology to our industry. Andrew Leto

Founder,Chairman and Chief Executive Officer GlobalTranz Enterprise, GlobalTranz Network

Andrew Leto has 10 years in the Transportation Industry starting at Logistics Freight Systems based in Phoenix, Arizona. His mission with carrierrate.com is to provide a "one-stop shop" for supply chain management. He started GlobalTranz in 2003 out of his bedroom with only an unemployment check as his investment and is proud to say he has never received any outside investment capital to fund his growth. He teaches other entrepreneurs how to start a company using cash flow and profits instead of having to deal with outside investors such as private equity groups or venture capitalists. Prior to being in the transportation industry he served 5 years in the United States Navy.

Brad Berlin

President and Chief Operating Officer GlobalTranz Enterprise

Brad Berlin has 7 years of Transportation Industry experience starting as a dispatcher for a Knight Transportation a regional southwest truckload carrier. Mr. Berlin started as a sales representative and quickly rose the ranks by his superior performance. Brad Berlin's focus is carrierrate.com operational procedures and automation. Mr. Berlin is married and has two children and has earned a business degree from Arizona State University.

Michael Leto

President and Chief Operating Officer GlobalTranz Network

Michael Leto has 10 years experience in the Transportation Industry. He started off in the Airfreight Industry as an Operations Manager and has been involved in many aspects of transportation. He has been involved in everything from small parcel, to full truckload brokerage. In charge of the franchise network, Michael hopes GlobalTranz Network will be the fastest growing DHL reseller in the country and help add to GlobalTranz Enterprise’s success in freight. Mr. Leto is married and has one child.

Michael Bookout

Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Michal Bookout started in the industry in 2000 with Motor Cargo Industries. Michael quickly climbed the sales ladder throughout his career with Motor Cargo winning the "Sales Person of The Year Award" for each year while employed for Motor Cargo. His distinction of being a top performer awarded him the position of Corporate Account Manager where he captured National Accounts such as Newell Rubbermaid, CSK Auto, and Office Depot. Michael Bookout's primary focus at GlobalTranz is to build and develop a top tier sales force that capitalizes on the strengths of the GlobalTranz service portfolio. Mr. Bookout is married and has four children.

Shannon Massena

Chief Financial Officer GlobalTranz Enterprise GlobalTranz Network

Shannon Massena has 29 years of accounting and finance experience, 23 of those years were in management. Shannon started as an accounting clerk at W.W.Grainger. She discovered a knack for accounting and quickly became a Controller’s assistant. After being in management a short time, she became a member of the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). Shannon’s main responsibility is to manage the financial and legal operations of GlobaTranz. This is achieved through proper checks and balances, secure automation and the teamwork of an outstanding staff.

Mark Erickson

Vice President of Telemarketing

Mark Erickson, with over 25 years of experience in the Transportation Industry started as a truck driver with 11 years behind the wheel. Mark’s years of experience include just about every aspect of our industry from dispatching, warehousing, importing, and exporting. Marks extensive experience in our industry has proven to be a great asset to both Global Tranz and our shippers. Mark currently runs operations in our Prescott Arizona call center and is married with a 15 year old son.

Jett McCandless

Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Management - GlobalTranz Network

In 1998, Jett McCandless began working in the transportation industry during college, when he was hired by Roadway. Then, he went on to work for Yellow Transportation, where he excelled in operations as an IB Supervisor, OB Supervisor, Linehaul Dispatcher, and City Dispatcher. After quickly climbing the corporate Operations ladder, Jett was cross-trained in Local Sales and National Sales. After receiving several awards, he was promoted to manage Yellow’s largest account. Soon thereafter, Jett was awarded the “Carrier of the Year” achievement from Wal-Mart. Jett decided his next professional challenge was to excel with a non-asset company. Since joining the GlobalTranz team, Jett has created a Supply Chain Management Department within the organization. In addition, he designs and implements systems and processes that allow organizations to streamline their supply chain operations.
