Andrew Leto

Chairman of the Board

Andrew Leto has 10 years in the Transportation Industry starting at Logistics Freight Systems based in Phoenix, Arizona.  His mission with CarrierRate.com is to provide a "one-stop shop" for supply chain management.  Mr. Leto started GlobalTranz in 2003 out of his bedroom with only an unemployment check as his investment and until 2011, had not received any outside investment capital. He teaches other entrepreneurs how to start a company using the resources available and capitalizing on cash flow and profit.  Prior to being in the transportation industry, Mr. Leto honorably served 5 years in the United States Navy.

Larry Cheng 

As a Managing Partner of Volition Capital, Larry Cheng focuses on investment opportunities in the Internet, software, and information services. Larry currently serves on the boards of Cortera, MFG.com, Mindshift Technologies, Prosper Marketplace, Stylesight, and Globaltranz.  Prior to co-founding Volition Capital, Larry was a Partner at Fidelity Ventures where he led their investments in Verid (acquired by EMC) and Flock (acquired by Zynga). Prior to joining Fidelity Ventures, Cheng was a senior associate at Battery Ventures, where he was an early investor in Ruckus Network, OpenNetwork Technologies (acquired by BMC Software) and Ximian (acquired by Novell). From 1998 to 2000, Cheng was an associate for Bessemer Venture Partners where he focused on software investments. Prior to Bessemer, he was an associate consultant at Corporate Decisions Inc. Mr. Cheng earned a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard College.

Delbert W. Yocam 

Delbert W. Yocam is an American technology executive. Mr. Yocam is a Co-founder and Managing Partner (Bellevue, WA) of Yocam Holdings LLC. He is a former chairman and CEO of Borland, former president, COO & director of Tektronix and a former Apple Computer executive. At Apple, Mr. Yocam ran several product groups and became Apple's first chief operating officer (COO). Mr. Yocam's chief executive career began as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Borland International, Inc. in 1996. Since leaving Borland, Mr. Yocam has been a venture capitalist where he has focused on investing in either early stage companies with high potential for transformational success or business opportunities with unique dynamics that requires the mentoring of both executives and executive leadership teams. The successful companies he has helped to either build or participate in governance include Adobe, AST Research, Hollywood Park, Integrated Measurement Systems, Konnects, Oracle, Raster Graphics, Softricity, Sapiens International, Xircom, and The Tech Museum of Innovation. A graduate of California State University Fullerton, Mr. Yocam holds an MBA from California State University Long Beach, and has been recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus by both schools. He served on the national board of directors of the American Electronics Association, and on the Special Advisory Council to the Office of Technology Assessment of the United States Congress.
