Client Specific Pricing (CSP) is designed for clients that do not fit the mold of general pricing. GlobalTranz will negotiate a dedicated tariff(s) specific to the client’s individual needs. Pricing is negotiated to sustain profitability for all parties including Customers, GlobalTranz Agents, and Carrier Partners simultaneously. GlobalTranz has staffed a team of analysts that assist Authorized GlobalTranz Freight Agents, providing the tools necessary to maintain and suit the needs of their specific customer accounts.
Although this process can secure market competitive pricing, CSP can offer more than just savings. GlobalTranz has been able to improve the customer’s carrier mix, lower claims, lower invoice adjustments, and facilitate accounts so they operate more efficiently.
LTL CSP has grown tremendously. Q1 YOY CSP revenue has grown over 35% and has accelerated that growth to 47% in Q2. This past June GlobalTranz CSP LTL revenue was over 5 million dollars. Currently GlobalTranz has nearly 150 clients who utilize CSP monthly. We have CSP accounts averaging over $100K just on dedicated LTL pricing. A dedicated commodity program has been established for household goods which several agents currently leverage accounting for over $130,000 of monthly revenue.
Starting in fall there is historically an increase in clients sourcing LTL solutions for the coming year.
