What You Would Be Doing:

This position will be responsible for the development and daily operations of a 3-5-member Business Development Representative* team.  As the Team Lead, the position is solely responsible for the performance of the team members and their output. Ultimately, as the Team Lead, the overarching goal is to execute an effective BDR program that will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

  • Hiring, coaching, inspiring and motivating a BDR team
  • Tactical execution to ensure team meets the sales targets
  • Sales training, development, and performance management
  • Analyzing and targeting market opportunities
  • Developing sales strategies to enable success and growth
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Disciplined use of CRM system
  • Effective communication processes and customer management programs
  • Assistance in handling customer complaints and inquiries
  • Monitoring calls for quality assurance
  • Forecasting and analyzing sales data
  • Regular reporting of KPI’s, keeping to targets and managing KPI’s

*The Business Development Representative acts as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. The BDR role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • College Degree (and/or a minimum of 3 years work experience in a sales environment)
  • Strong sales, analytical, organization, communication, and people skills required
  • Able to demonstrate skills needed to perform Team Lead responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
  • Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
