The freight specialists’ desk will now handle all customer and vendor freight routing, truckload freight broker services, and any spot or volume LTL freight shipments not processed through the Cerasis Rater.

The freight management customer service representative department is now the primary interface for customer on all transactions, handling freight invoice accuracy, negotiating price discrepancies, proactive minimizing recurrences of errors on billing, providing logistics best practices, auditing reviews, and managing freight claims.
