What You Would Be Doing:

Responsible for the daily operations of a 4-6 member development team. The person in this role will oversee the daily performance of team members while setting individual performance goals and conducting performance reviews. Additional responsibilities will include working with the Software Development Manager to set the direction of all internal applications as well as improve internal tools. Must have an expert understanding of the following:

  • Net/C# and the .Net Framework
  • T-SQL Queries / Stored Procedures
  • Git Process Flow / Merge Conflict Resolution


  • Coordinate team members daily workload and job duties
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching/training through monthly development plans
  • Conduct Annual and Semi-Annual performance reviews
  • Review potential new hire candidates, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process
  • Create/Modify/Debug new and existing applications as needed
  • Compile and write documentation for any assigned features or bugs
  • Perform peer/code reviews of developer’s code changes to ensure proper coding standards
  • Work with Help Desk to assist with trouble tickets as needed
  • Plan and coordinate production software releases

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • 2-3 years supervising software developers
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and facilitate process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills as well as strategic thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to details
