GlobalTranz has promoted internally for oversight of employee training and development, naming Brandon Copeland to the role. Brandon started his career at GlobalTranz in February 2012 as a Carrier Representative on the Van Capacity team. He was promoted to Capacity Manager, where he led and managed the Van and Refrigerated Departments. Brandon later transitioned into the Supervisor of Operations Training role, helping shape the future for our Operations team members. In 2014, he managed all aspects the of Training Program – Sales, Operations, Recruiting & Quality Assurance. In this role, he enhanced our training offerings with new curriculum development and software integration platforms. By creating video content and software updates, Brandon has strived to ensure that all new features and product releases are effectively communicated throughout the entire GlobalTranz network. In addition, Brandon pioneered our Internship and Mentorship Programs as well as created lasting partnerships with local universities and supply chain organizations around the Valley.

Brandon will now oversee the Training & Development Program in its entirety, which includes both Direct Sales and the Corporate side of the business. His main focus and goal is to create an engaging, inviting and cohesive employee development path and culture.
