Founded in 2003, GlobalTranz is a transportation management company headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona specializing in LTL, FTL, Supply Chain Logistics and Warehousing. In addition to these services, GlobalTranz operates its own in-house Freight Forwarding Division via our Expedited Services department which offers expedited ground, ocean and air freight solutions. Local to National accounts engage our free state-of-the-art technology, CarrierRate.com, which optimizes the flow and storage of merchandise as the goods move within, and throughout, the customers' supply chain.

Andrew Leto - Chairman of the Board
Andrew Leto has 10 years in the Transportation Industry starting at Logistics Freight Systems based in Phoenix, Arizona. His mission with CarrierRate.com is to provide a "one-stop shop" for supply chain management. Mr. Leto started GlobalTranz in 2003 out of his bedroom with only an unemployment check as his investment and until 2011, had not received any outside investment capital. He teaches other entrepreneurs how to start a company using the resources available and capitalizing on cash flow and profit. Prior to being in the transportation industry, Mr. Leto honorably served 5 years in the United States Navy.
As a Managing Partner of Volition Capital, Larry Cheng focuses on investment opportunities in the Internet, software, and information services. Larry currently serves on the boards of Cortera, MFG.com, Mindshift Technologies, Prosper Marketplace, Stylesight, and Globaltranz. Prior to co-founding Volition Capital, Larry was a Partner at Fidelity Ventures where he led their investments in Verid (acquired by EMC) and Flock (acquired by Zynga). Prior to joining Fidelity Ventures, Cheng was a senior associate at Battery Ventures, where he was an early investor in Ruckus Network, OpenNetwork Technologies (acquired by BMC Software) and Ximian (acquired by Novell). From 1998 to 2000, Cheng was an associate for Bessemer Venture Partners where he focused on software investments. Prior to Bessemer, he was an associate consultant at Corporate Decisions Inc. Mr. Cheng earned a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard College.
Delbert W. Yocam
Delbert W. Yocam is an American technology executive. Mr. Yocam is a Co-founder and Managing Partner (Bellevue, WA) of Yocam Holdings LLC. He is a former chairman and CEO of Borland, former president, COO & director of Tektronix and a former Apple Computer executive. At Apple, Mr. Yocam ran several product groups and became Apple's first chief operating officer (COO). Mr. Yocam's chief executive career began as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Borland International, Inc. in 1996. Since leaving Borland, Mr. Yocam has been a venture capitalist where he has focused on investing in either early stage companies with high potential for transformational success or business opportunities with unique dynamics that requires the mentoring of both executives and executive leadership teams. The successful companies he has helped to either build or participate in governance include Adobe, AST Research, Hollywood Park, Integrated Measurement Systems, Konnects, Oracle, Raster Graphics, Softricity, Sapiens International, Xircom, and The Tech Museum of Innovation. A graduate of California State University Fullerton, Mr. Yocam holds an MBA from California State University Long Beach, and has been recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus by both schools. He served on the national board of directors of the American Electronics Association, and on the Special Advisory Council to the Office of Technology Assessment of the United States Congress.
Les Carmichael currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Taylor Companies LLC and as Senior Vice President, HSS&E of Gibson Energy Inc. Gibson Energy is a North American mid-stream energy company based in Calgary, Alberta. Taylor Companies is the largest independent crude oil trucking company in the United States. Mr. Carmichael joined joined Gibson Energy in May 2010 as part of the acquisition of Taylor Companies, LLC and joined Taylor Companies, LLC in October 2007 as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Carmichael has over 39 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry and has held senior management positions at Swift Transportation Corporation, M.S. Carriers Inc., Maersk and USFreightways.
Michael Garnreiter currently sits on the boards of Knight Transportation and Taser International as well as GlobalTranz. Mr. Garnreiter is also currently a managing director for Fenix Financial Forensics; a Phoenix Arizona based consulting organization, and has served in that capacity since January 2010. Mr. Garnreiter is also a board member and Audit and Governance committees Chair of Amtech systems, a supplier of horizontal diffusion furnace systems. Mr. Garnreiter also serves as an Audit committee member for PAAMCO, a privately held company. From August 2006 through December 2009, Mr. Garnreiter also is managing member of Rising Sun Restaurant Group, L.L.C., a private restaurant operating company. From April 2002 through June 2006, Mr. Garnreiter was Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of the Main Street Restaurant Group. Mr. Garnreiter previously served as a partner of the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen from 1974 through March 2002. Mr. Garnreiter holds a B.S. degree in accounting from California State University at Long Beach and is a Certified Public Accountant.

President & Chief Operating Officer
Marty Sinicrope brings 29 years of industry experience to GlobalTranz.
Most recently, Mr. Sinicrope held the title of Senior Vice President of Station Sales with Echo Global Logistics, where he was responsible for creating and managing Echo’s agent and station divisions.
Prior to joining Echo Global, Mr Sinicrope held Senior Vice President of Sales for QW Express, the agent and station based third party logistics division of Quad Graphics/Quebecor World, the second largest printer in North America.
Mr. Sinicrope also held Director level positions with Harte-Hanks Logistics, Circle International and W.R. Grace throughout the years. Mr. Sinicrope attended Harvard University’s ALB program (continuing education, evening division).
President, Direct Sales
Michael Leto has spent over 12 years successfully growing freight companies in the transportation industry. He first began as an air freight Operations Manager, was shortly thereafter promoted to Director of Sales, and has virtually been involved in every facet of the transportation industry.
Mr. Leto is well versed, and highly experienced, in all facets of the transportation industry including small parcel services, LTL, Truckload brokerage, industry specific technology platforms, carrier pricing, air freight, rail, and international shipping.
As the developer of the GlobalTranz Agent Network, Mr. Leto has built a hybrid Agency model from scratch that has been the driving force behind the tremendous growth of the entire organization over the last three years. Mr. Leto is happily married with two daughters.
Chief Financial Officer
Greg Roeper brings 18 years of C-Level experience to GlobalTranz. Most recently as President of CommPartners Holding Corp, a provider of VoIP services, since 2007.
Prior to that, Greg was CEO of Vodavi Technology, Inc., a leading provider of telecommunications systems, which sold in 2006. Mr. Roeper joined Vodavi in 1994 and while there, held positions as the company’s COO, Executive VP, Finance, Administration and Operations, and as CFO and Treasurer.
Prior to Vodavi Technology Inc., Mr. Roeper served as Senior Manager at a major accounting firm where he managed capital formation, deal structuring, SEC compliance, public offerings of debt and equity securities, cost reduction studies, and litigation projects.
Mr. Roeper holds a BBA Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Iowa.
Executive Vice President, Sales & Pricing
Michael Bookout started in the industry in 2000 with Motor Cargo Industries.
Mr. Bookout quickly climbed the sales ladder throughout his career with Motor Cargo, winning the "Salesperson of The Year" each year he was employed at Motor Cargo.
His distinction as a top performer awarded him the position of Corporate Account Manager where he captured National Accounts such as Newell Rubbermaid, CSK Auto, and Office Depot.
Mr. Bookout's primary focus at GlobalTranz is to build and develop strategic relationships with the top National, Regional, and Local carrier partners. Mr. Bookout is happily married with four children.
