Robert Farrell

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Bob has 30+ years of experience and a proven track record of building high-growth software and technology-driven companies.

Prior to GlobalTranz, Bob served as president and CEO of Kewill, a global leader in multimodal transportation management software. Prior to Kewill, Bob served as president and CEO of EDGAR Online, a leading global provider of XBRL software, services and data that was acquired by RR Donnelley & Sons (NASDAQ: RRD) in August of 2012. His role at EDGAR Online was preceded by his time as Chairman and CEO of Metastorm, a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) enterprise software and solutions that was acquired by Open Text (NASDAQ: OTEX) in February of 2011.

Renee Krug

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Renee is responsible for all financial reporting, treasury, accounting, tax and HR at GlobalTranz. Renee brings over 15 years of executive leadership and 7+ years of transportation industry experience to her role here.

Most recently, Renee was CFO and EVP of Clear Channel Outdoor North America, where she was responsible for all financial reporting, budgets, capital, acquisitions, forecasting, accounting, FP&A and procurement.

Kirsten Castillo Hall

Chief Operating Officer

Kirsten joined GlobalTranz in 2017 as part of its acquisition of Logistics Planning Services (LPS), where she was chief executive officer. She brings 21 years of supply chain, freight brokerage and operations management experience to her role. Prior to becoming CEO of LPS, Kirsten served as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for the company’s enterprise operations, projects and freight brokerage divisions. In both her COO and CEO roles, Kirsten was instrumental in achieving LPS’ aggressive growth plan and overall success in the 3PL industry. Prior to joining LPS, Hall was director of operations for Imation, a spin-off company of 3M.

Greg Carter

Chief Technology Officer

Greg brings more than 25 years of product development, technology leadership and process management experience to GlobalTranz.

Prior to joining GlobalTranz, Greg was CTO and SVP of Product Development at Kewill, a global provider of enterprise logistics software to the world’s largest logistics and transportation companies including FedEx, Volvo, Crane, and DHL. Greg joined Kewill in 2014 to establish a new technology vision for the company and help communicate that vision to the market. At Kewill Greg led a global team of over 500 people and was responsible for product development, IT and cloud operations. Greg moved Kewill’s strategic products to the Amazon cloud, beginning with Kewill’s flagship Customs and Transportation products.

Tracy Dick

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer of GlobalTranz, Tracy is responsible for corporate communications, content management, product marketing, digital engagement, events and targeted demand generation programs.

Prior to joining GlobalTranz, Tracy spent four years at PetSmart, where she held various marketing positions of increasing responsibility. Earlier in her career, Tracy held several marketing positions at Jack in the Box. Tracy brings a strong understanding of distribution, logistics and supply chain operations and is a dynamic leader with a track record of delivering innovative marketing programs that drive increased sales, margin and traffic.

Jeffrey Simmons

General Counsel

Jeff joined GlobalTranz after spending 30 years in private practice, most recently with the national law firm of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP. He brings 26 years of experience in the transportation industry representing motor, rail, ocean and air carriers as well as brokers, before courts, regulatory agencies and in contract negotiations.

Jeff currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Transportation Lawyers Association and is a past Chairman of the Conference of Freight Counsel. He is also an active member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association.

Ross Spanier

Senior Vice President, Operations

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Ross is responsible for leading and building upon a best-in-class service execution organization, with operations including Projects and Heavy Haul, White Glove and Supply Chain Management, all TL and LTL operations, Expedite and International, as well as Managed Transportation. In addition, Ross assists sales with large opportunities and continues to foster key customer relationships. Ross has been in the 3PL arena for over 15 years. Prior to joining GlobalTranz, Ross held various sales and operations roles at both C.H. Robinson and Logistics Planning Services (LPS).

Dave Bush

Senior Vice President, Carrier Relations and Customer Solutions

As Senior Vice President of Carrier Relations for GlobalTranz, Dave Bush is focused on strengthening relationships with GlobalTranz’ extensive network of truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL) and intermodal (IML) carriers while building ones with those new to the portfolio.

Prior to joining GlobalTranz, Dave was the vice president of business processes for Polaris Transportation Group, where he was responsible for carrier relationship management and strategic growth development of all U.S. infrastructure.

Mike Sutter

Senior Vice President, Agent Acquisition

As Senior Vice President of Agent Acquisition for GlobalTranz, Mike manages freight agent recruiting and the expansion of GlobalTranz’s freight agent network.

Prior to joining GlobalTranz, Mike was the director of freight agent recruiting for England Logistics. With 10+ years of experience in sales and business development for companies with an agent-centric business model, including Farm Bureau Financial Services, Mike has been instrumental in helping GlobalTranz successfully grow its freight agent channel.
